‘Raise right issues’
Through your esteemed daily, I would like to know the reason behind the silence of the student unions of the state over the recent interference of Assam police during the panchayat election in Hassee-Russa village in Longding district.
Though technically it is the responsibility of the GoAP to take up such issues, the apex students’ body of the state has a right to bring it to the limelight. The union could have pressurised the state government to take up the matter at the earliest.
