An expert advisory panel on the Govit-19 epidemic in the Netherlands on Thursday called on the government to impose partial controls, urging the government to take drastic and unpopular measures to tackle corona virus contamination.
The government of interim Prime Minister Mark Rutte is set to decide on further health measures on Friday following the recommendations of the Epidemiology Management Panel of Experts, NOS said.
Planned activities include the cancellation of public events, the closure of theaters and theaters and the chain, at advanced times of bars and restaurants. Schools will remain open.
The government usually, but not always, follows the recommendations of the expert panel.
Despite the recent outbreak of the disease, many developed countries felt that there was no need for further control due to the roll-out of the vaccine.
Although the vaccination rate has reached almost 85% of the Dutch population, some hospitals in the Netherlands are forced to reduce care for patients without Govt-19.
Last week, the country reintroduced the wearing of masks and expanded the list of places subject to access “sanitary pass”.
